Round 10 in Tour de France
Motto: "It wasn't a day for me to do anything..." - A. Schleck
Nice and relaxing stage today in tour de France. An early escape and that was it. Contador and Schleck are not worth to mention.
Paulinho brings in the first win for the RadioShack Team. A tight finish and he manage to win in front of Kyryienka. A big disappointment for the Caisse D'Epargne Team as it's the second day when they lose on the last 10 meters.
The group come at around 14 minutes later which is - if I did my homework well - one of the biggest difference in the last 3 years.
LAZY! :))

Schleck and Contador are running just fine
Super round today in Tour de France! After the climbing on "Col Madeleine" Schleck and Contador were 2 minutes behind the leaders. But in the end, they finish 2 seconds behind, and my guess is that they didn't want it to actually enter into the battle for the stage.
Anyway after an exausting round won by Casar I could see that the gap between Schlek, Contador and the rest is over 2 minutes. So the battle will be between those 2.
One word about Lance: maybe Amstrong is out but this doesn't mean that he's not there. Leipheimer is now the chief in Radioshack team and Amstrong have to help him to get the best of this tour. He is now at 3.59 and have some chances to reach 1-3.

Round III in Tour de France
Excellent round in Tour de France! I almost feel sorry that I am not there in beloved France.
Hushovd won this time with his powerful finish. The funniest thing is what was happening between Vinokurov and Contador. I think that Vinokorov had his iPod on as he left Contador alone behind :) Around 20 seconds and Contador is now only 1 minute above Lance. Not bad at all I will say because I don't think that Contador ever dream about this minute before they will reach the mountains.
So, it could be an interesting round tomorrow as Lance will do everything to level this 1 minute.

Air France is short on tickets to Paris.
And I thought that France has already left the building :))
In Cape Town - last preparations for the unexpected semifinal. One month ago few could bet a penny on this semifinal. But in 9 hours it will be the kick off. Forlan or Sneijder? The top defence of Uruguay or the flowing orange attack?
What is for sure is that Fucile, Suarez are out for Uruguay.
De Jong and the right defender are out for the Dutch.
Difficult in the midfield for Van Bommel to cope with Forlan. And I would say that Alvaro Perreira will have his most difficult task against Robben. Still I don't rate Robben that high after I saw his display against Brazil.
Hard to call a bit harder as the bookmakers suggest. That's why I'll bet my ticket-to-Paris money on this one:
Event: Uruguay - Holland
Competition: World Cup 2010
Date: 2010/07/06
Pick: Uruguay +0.5&+1.0 (AH) @ 2.00 (Betfair) // lost 4 units
Stake: 8/10

Chile is a good team
I just saw Chile and they are a hard nut to crack. A bit tired in the last 10 minutes but they manage to overcam the Swiss fortress. If they will win the group I can see them give some shity time to Portugal.
Heading for Spain - Honduras.

WORLD CUP 2010
Thursday, 17 June 2010
Greetings from South Africa
Hello! I'm back. I had some problems at my hotel and not able to write about World Cup 2010.
I'll be bak with some short quickies later but now I want to share a pick with you.
As I'm on the way to watch the tonight game I spend some time to put a medium stake on home win tonight.
My reasons: I saw both games SA-Mexico and France-Uruguay. Although Mexico outplayed Sa for some good periods of time I still saw some quality in the African team. And the fact that they were almost winning the game comes in for that.
Uruguay played a very defensive part against France and for that they played the ball only 5 time in the last 20 yards of French team. A bit to few when you think about the names upfront: Forlan and Suarez.
Tonight I expect them to play a bit more open game so it will be close to the same scenario from Mexico-SA. And here I rate Uruguay under Mexico. I will add that Pretoria is at a high altitude and prbably this will be a bit difficult for the south americans to cope with.
The key is on the left side of SA - right side of Uruguay as cellesti have a hole there.
Event: South Africa - Uruguay
Competition: World Cup 2010
Date: 2010/06/16
Pick: 1 (0.25:0 AH) @ 1.93 (Betfair)
Stake: 7/10
